Super cute, but these feel even more rushed than the otome anthology somehow, especially the second one.

spoilers....also slight rant

MC is supposed to be a nameless mob character in the book he woke up in,
he is supposed to be plain-looking and super normal (which is unremarkable/forgettable by noble society) so he doesn't notice that people admire him (people find his aura/attitude very charming and sexy).
MC has normal magic powers but is very creative with it so is a skilled magic user but personally doesn't think he is that great. (It takes a lot of mana to create something out of nothing, so MC uses his breath- wind and alters it with magic when he casts spells).
ML OG looked down on MC cause he was the student fighting group's leader but he doesn't look strong/buff. ML is surprised and grateful that MC saved him after their time in the advance forest...
ML & Prince are friends & roommates- both are waiting/expecting to approach prince to get in his good graces, surprised & impressed MC doesn't .
ML is "observing" MC to see if he would be a good candidate to rope into being the prince's aide...
MC thinking he is a normie and forgetable had no such thought and was just trying to get by through his daily life- already has a general life plan:
inherit his father's title (only child) + marry his unofficial (only oral talks) younger female childhood friend
Anyway there is totally enough content for the 2nd story to get its own manga, or at least a few chapters... thy didn't even mention MC's unofficial fiancee nor how MC gets roped into the drama with the prince's love life w/ OG MC & prince's villainous fiancee

I MTL it............
I hope your 18+ since I read it on 18+ syosetu ......

Honestly, tragic romances like this are extremely cathartic. You know their gonna get together eventually because that's how the romance genre works, but damn if it isn't gonna hurt good all the way there. I feel so sorry for both Leisel and Denka; they remind me of the main couple from Wolf Lord's Lady in that one has to punish the other for something she didn't do, and then has to live with that regret (or, in Denka's case, die with it).
