once you get passed the same old premise of transmigration/reincarnation plots it gets better. it's just, the pacing is kinda weird for me. and the interactions are idk how to put a finger on it so i'll just say it's kinda flat? i think it's the expressions of the characters as drawn by the artist. but to be fair, it's funny how they made the sister's personality as coming off strong but is actually a coward

caius frustrates the hell out of me bc i know since he doesn't know how to deal with his feelings for nicole so he opted to running away. but bruh, from the way i see it, sure it started like that at first but eventually he just took it for granted that nicole always extends connection between them. i wish for him to build connection with nicole slowly while he suffers through realizations that he had it good but chose the hard way
honestly i resonate with nicole, since she always gets disappointed, she'd rather not place any expectations. same gurl, saaaaame. i'd do that in a heartbeat. but i hope nicole will become happy, with or without caius

i think this story would be better if the storytelling gets upgraded. the plot itself has potential and i get a prince simping over a beautiful and wise lady like ivorre but the way the story keeps panning over side characters and not establishing the interaction of the leads first makes it boring and uneventful. like the father and the tutor are obviously having an affair is predictable and yet that part wasn't even given conclusion like was she thrown out or not? bc she needs to go
i can't put my finger exactly where it feels like there should be more but for me it feels like i'm only seeing snippets of the main leads' relationship progress and more on the people around the main leads. feels like would they even develop something romantically if all i see is the maid and the brother for so many panels of a chapter? heck, even that wandering knight gets some spotlight for 3 or more chapters
i need to see a day of her doing her work as the lady of that castle and land, not about her maids and butlers gossiping about her life
i can't explain how lovely the storytelling this manga has. starting off with saving remilia to losing emi and then the promise of revenge over those who wronged emi to finally making it her life's goal to give birth to emi and make her the happiest girl in the world. it's never about losing will and loving angel, it's always between emi's remilia and emi.
the author is a genius at making a plot and delivering it at the best possible way. it literally made me cry, felt hurt, and really happy for remilia and emi. i could make a book review for this tbh
