I’ve personally been getting much worse comments since the age of 12 (when I moved to the UK with my family), so I don’t really see how any of the comments you’ve mentioned would push anyone to do anything.
Although I understand that N may (or may not) be young or a girl, that would not excuse the fact that they have done something that has upset many people. This might be resolved if N deleted the extra that they have posted, and messaged the groups whose work they stole and apologised. Now, these groups may not update this regardless, but at least the comments might not escalate.
Again, just the words that you have outlined are pretty common in this day and age. I had someone use way worse language in reply to a comment I left on a manga just this month and it just happens sometimes.

to be fair at least one of those were a direct comment taken from the tumblr page of HeroScans regarding the latest chapter & imo it's pretty fair that they feel that way. ur right tho they're redundant but as far as the internet goes this is extremely mild, but otherwise people have been echoing heroscan's sentiment that they didn't even post here

congrats but not everybody has endurance like that, the fact that you or someone else can tolerate harassment doesnt mean everybody can

if you bothered actually reading her statement youll note that

1. its her second time doing it so shes still learning
2. shes willing to stop if someone else would upload
3. its only a person, there arent others to tell her "hey dont do this"

so if we see her lack of experience and also the fact that she cant use editing software all that well then we were expecting her to know the intricacies of the scanlation code of conduct because??????

is she really willing to stop if this is her second time uploading (im assuming this manga??) and the original scanlators have made explicit comments both times that they're working on it and don't appreciate that someone sniped the manga that they were working on? how much ignorance is granted until they're liable to taking the consequences of their actions? if she's not reading the comments here or with the original scanlator group (and i'm assuming she's not based on the fact that she uploaded again) then she's not reading the "harassment" that she's receiving anyways.

You're saying this person is unaware of what she's doing / done ?!! How can they be when she must have seen the Qvfamma's credit page stating they didn't allow use of their raws and retranslations of their work the moment their stole their raws on their website. shouldn't it be enough for them to understand that they're not to do such a thing??? If not, they are way too young to be on this website if they can't tell right from wrong.

I have no idea about scanlating work stuff either and I'm always just happy to read new chapters.. and her trying to translate probably started from the same feeling so I dont think she consciously did something wrong...
so it's legit to tell her she's wrong but not legit to insult her in any way

If she was reading the comments she would have removed the chapter by now. She has not, therefore is probably not bothered enough to read the comments, so don’t get mad at me for the use of swear words (by quite a few people, who are adults and have the right to use them) on this website. If she didn’t know what she was doing, after reading some comments she would have noticed that she did something wrong, removed the chapter, and apologised. She did neither, therefore it’s safe to assume that N does not read these comments.
If she googled Heroscans, she would have been taken to their Tumblr page which clearly states that they are working on updating this manga.
Since she doesn’t know how to use editing software and is inexperienced (like you said) then she should have left it to the people who know what they’re doing.

No one is harassing N. We are telling her that she did something wrong and she is not doing anything to ament those actions, so some people are getting angry. That’s normal on the internet, where no one knows who N is and people just see that it’s someone who did something bad. Also also, you have no proof that N is a “young girl” (do you mean under 10, over 16, 18 or what??). She could be a grown ass man/ woman for all we know.

I do hope that N takes the chapter down and apologises, and maybe works on translating (actually) dropped mangas or joins a group that does that. That being said I do hope she doesn’t do what she did here in the future, as it’s beyond rude and disrespectful.

"a manga" doesn't rule out "this manga." rumor mill has it that this is the same person who uploaded last time but hey, that's just the rumor mill. the longer that chapter stays up the harder it'll be to defend N tho, or at least try to protect N from the nasty comments

Quality translations take a while to make. This is NOT a webtoon, and will therefore not get updated 5 times a week. If you are impatient you should purchase the raws yourself and read those.
A month? If you think that a manga was dropped just because it’s not been updated for a month then you’ve either not been reading manga for long or you’ve been reading too many webtoons. Have some respect for Heroscans who have been working on this for a very long time despite health issues.
And kindly stop using religion to shield yourself when you have no idea how hard QvFamma and Heroscans have been working on this manga, and jumped to N’s defence even though they were in the wrong here in an attempt to play the hero.
