It's obvious she's more than capable to go with him to America..maybe an exchange program or his dad may even sponsor her to go and make her work in their family business indefinitely (till she marries his son,duhh~)
That's what I'm hoping for. But you also have to consider the fact that Kujou thinks about her mother which might be a reason why she won't go with him. I'm just hoping one confesses to the other soon.

Alsoo..the author has done a great job portraying all the characters to be grounded and likable despite the two MCs wishy-washy and uninspired attitude towards their romantic feelings.. I would like to think that this will continue by showing that Yanagi-papa --in his shrewdness-- will appreciate Kujou's intelligence and ability and believing in it enough (since she has triumphed over his son like.. always ╮(￣▽￣)╭) to be able to tie her to his company with this chance and... as we all do know she will most definitely knock it out of the park and excel in it like she has always done.(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I also think Yanagi papa has enough pride and confidence in his and his son's ability to not rely on political marriage (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Hibiya seems to be showing interests in Sasano in the way he asks about him and reacted when he smiled in Ch4 but looking at the pace and storyline it might not be realized as I imagined or it might just be him showing curiosity about a person that his childhood friend seems interested in but I'm happy if there is a chance for HibiyaxSugiyama spin off in the future.(●￣(ｴ)￣●)

--Tooru became gloomy when their parents got married because of the strain of his feeling vs their family's happiness
--Tooru distanced himself because of the same strain that caused his gloominess
--Tooru made himself to seem like he doesn't like Minato so he can fool himself to believe the same
--Tooru fell in love with Mina because of 1.>her resemblance to Minato and 2.>Mina appears to behave candidly similar to when Minato was still a little girl when they still played together (I believe he did accept Mina and Minato as two separate person rather than him deceiving Minato to think so)
--I will not try to speculate how the ending will be here as I already had in my mind and will just look forward to be pleasantly surprised when it does truly end
PS
The title LIARXLIAR I believe is meant to represent the two characters' deceit that Minato played in the whole story though I think those two personality that she portrayed is her in the whole sense because her feelings for Tooru are actually genuine both as the girl who loves him and the sister who cares about him..
This is my own thoughts and opinions, please don't really take it to heart to anyone who did since I posted this just to give my own two cent on this serie that I'm so looking forward to reading when it ends
Ur point 1,2,3,5 are right on spot. He was really shocked when he discovered when their parents got married, he could not marry minato, so he just kept his feeling a secret and swear to never marry anyone.
And funny when he actually in relief when minato becomes to hate men due to his womanizing behaviour.
