I must admit that most stories don't faze but man Harada's manga are something else... this doujin always makes me feel so many emotions and I have to take breaks while reading it. The way Harada draws expressions are just out of this world and have to much depth in them. She's really a genius when drawing Psychological Horrors. Not a light hearted story but really interesting.
I see a lot of comments where I don't exactly agree with. I always interpreted Nii-chan as a twisted Psychological story and not a Romance BL. Yes the "couple" is mlm but that's not what the manga is about at all. Some of y'all are saying that this is too realistic when it's supposed to be. If it wouldn't be as realistic as it is now it would loose the entire point that everything happening in this manga is absoloutly HORRIBLE. It was never a light hearted story.
Also did you notice how Harada likes to include smut in her manga but at the beginning of Nii-chan when the protagonist was a child there were no explicit smut scenes, only later on when he became older? So saying that Harada is a shotacon artist is too much.
I will say it again, this is NOT a Romance, this is about two very mentally ill people and if you can't handle stories with heavier subjects this manga isn't for you!
(btw sorry for any grammar or spelling mistakes, I am not a native english speaker.)
And people say that Yaoi's bad? Don't get me wrong I read all Shojo/Hentai, Yuri and Yaoi but this was just bad.
i haven't eaven gone past the first chapter, I'm sorry but, at least in yaoi seme is posseive usually, and doesn't allow anyone to see or touch what's his, wouldn't even trust anyone to leave the room while you just left ýour' woman naked there... wtf I can't keep reading this shit hahahah going to yaoi boizzzzzzz
you know it's getting worse when even our homie mr. kim had enough
