I dont wanna butt in unnecessarily but what Akame MIGHT mean is that, in relation to the storyline (and/or other manhwas we've read so far) is that she hates men/characters who overlook the people who actually love them and go for other women who scheme and have dark motives towards them (i.e. fame, money, and position). In this instance, ignore the person who holds genuine feelings for him and who is/should be their lawfully legal wife who should be treated as one just like in Leana's situation (at least before the transmigration, or based on the original novel that the fl read before reincarnating as Leana).

I mean : In the majority of webtoons, the FL likes ML (maybe too much?). And how does it end? The ML kills the LF because he loves a another girl, and the FL does not accept this. And after an event (knowledge of the future, resurrection, ...) the FL changes, and becomes detached from the ML (and no longer love him).
And there, suddenly, the ML changes and starts to like the FL! It's this change in attitude towards FL that I don't accept. I can find a lot of example if you want.
Yes, It's exactly that :D , but it is especially the change of personality between the ml before and after the transmigration that I do not like. (In this case, before transmigration, Leana was treated poorly while she loves him, and after the transmigration, she is treaded really well, while she don't love him).
And in webtoons/novel, it's very often the case.

I'm not expecting it would turn out that way. my expectation was low because it was a messy relationship and I thought it will be that cliche male prostitute thingy kinda scenario but oh boy I was wrong. it's so funny. it's funny in a weird way. maybe this is not for everyone but if you just read it in a light way you will enjoy it. just don't take this book too serious. but it was a fun ride for sure.
