so some of yall taking my comment out of context which is exactly what im talking abt. Does Ido deserve this, kneeling in forgiveness from Sejin, trying his all just to make it right for him?? Yes he does, I am not saying what he did to Sejin (SA) was right, hence comment that i feel bad for BOTH of them.
What I am saying is I feel bad for Ido that whatever his trying is not working, he's doing his best but it doesn't excuse what he did, he regrets over it but yes it does seem like Sejin doesn't want to have anything to do with him. And what more is that he knows that there's no going back to what they were and he wished they were. Am I blaming Sejin for that? NO!
Because I also feel bad of what happened to him, he grew up being used by his parents, getting arranged marriage to a stranger and getting SAed by his husband and his husband's brother. Locked up and ended up killing himself. I kid you not how hard it was for me to swallow that part of the story as someone who had bad experience irl.
People are looking into things one-sided and no, if you're going to continue this story with that mindset might as well drop this, they're going back tgt anyw.
My point is both of the characters are miserable right now, it does not make you less of a person to sympathize to both of what they're going through.
Sejin has yet to forgive Ido to what I do not have a problem with, he has the right to do so. But he's not stupid enough not to know Ido's effort to change their lives which gets him confused to what he really feels for Ido. Because he also acknowledged that he does love Ido.
Ido's clinging into whatever will get him to be with Sejin because he's planning to kill himself to break their imprinting, because imprinting will disappear when a person's mate dies. And his whole agenda for this 2nd life to give Sejin the life he deserves. Ido hated himself so much for what he did back then that he thinks Sejin's better off without him. And to kill himself to break the imprinting would make Sejin truly free.

Yeah me too. It also made me sad how people in the comment section just laugh the pain of the other people. They don’t know how depression can drive a person to their death. Anyways since I read the novel, what Ido is doing is just a preparation for what he plans for himself which is to self-exit. It is like tying all loose ends before ending your life.
i wish to see more story on the 2nd volume, but it ended up just them fucking in most of it. While i enjoyed it, i wanted to see more plot
