Yes and no? If you’re asking blood related sister and brother incest from same parents, then no. Although yes blood related incest because Junhyuk’s mom and Hanmi’s mom are blood related, they’re not actually sisters. They did give the names “cousins or sisters” but I feel they just wanna have a concrete label. I would say they’re closer to cousins or relatives.
