Holy fuck. I'm sure many of my fellow queers will understand when I say this, but I'm a closeted queer and I'm constantly sacred of what society think of us. My family are supportive of the community in general but when it comes to me, they're not.
Reading this webtoon/manga really made me cry a lot. Because it basically represented my internalized homophobia lmao. Especially when the grandpa basically said that it was okay for him to be gay. For so many of us queers, it was something that we really want to hear from our own families and from the people close to us.
For cases like me, sometimes it just doesn't happen, our wishes can't come true. But personally for me, it just fills me with so much joy to read about characters managing to get through life and be happy without worries of their sexuality, but at the same time it really hurt because it was something we couldn't have.
But everything portrayed here really hit close to home. And my feels too lololol. So thank you so much to the creator of this manga. This manga truly made me happy :)
