Hidoku Shinaide awaayyy better than this manhwa ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
I think that people dislike this comment not because they prefer 'If you Hate me that much' but because those two yaois don't really have anything to do with each other besides genre - so what's a point in comparing them? Well, it doesn't have any sense. The only similar thing is rape --> love trope, that is so common it's not even a ground for comparision ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
O_o I just notice i got lotsa dislikes for this comment, this is the first time. I just too concentrate rereading Kingdom for these 3 days straight, Thanks anyway for both like and dislike (●'◡'●)ノ
It didn't change my opinion though, i still think the same coz the love-hate relationship in this manhwa develop unnaturally weird compare to love-hate relationship in Hidoku Shinaide.
That's how i feel.
Why the art style change? ╥﹏╥
The previous art was classic, unique and cool, now its the same like any other manga/manhwa..
I didn't meant it become ugly or what, it just lost the originality it had in the previous art.
The new art is good but it just turn into Typical manga/manhua art, see Kingdom, Naruto, OP, or Berserk has its unique art like this manhwa had before.
They did change the author of those manga make their art more detail and soft, but not too drastically change and still keep their unique art.
Isn't it better that way? (⊙…⊙ )
idk, the art style change never really bothered me, in fact i never noticed it until you guys pointed it out. it just shows that i liked both art styles, even if i didnt notice it, and the fact that it changed doesnt affect its originality and uniqueness since the plot and every moments make up for it. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
Say, don't you think that this manga have too much filler nowadays guys?
I even think that every new chapter only worth half of the full chapter and the other half release next month as another update.
I think the author split one chapter as two and added some filler into each half.
I kinda disappoint of this.. sigh..
I even stop buying the tankobon since the last 4 volume, not worth the effort just like how the author only give half asses effort lately.
Really? I don't see it as half assed at all? I see it written just as well as, and perhaps even BETTER, than the beginning. Just because YOU don't understand how the author writes her stories doesn't automatically mean it's half assed. SFS. NOT.
I didn't said specifically that the story line was half asses.
I meant that the updates always full of meaningless filler, unnecessary long dialog/monologue from minor character, giving extra part for minor character more than it need be, the part for both MC become smaller making the story line goes slower and i think the author did it for stalling.
That's why i called it half asses and i'm disappointed.
I think it was done right. By paying attention to the minor characters, we get to see their reactions on how kyoko performed. It adds on the storyline, like for example when the other character auditioning along with kyoko suddenly talked about rumours surrounding her character as Mio, we get to see what is Kyoto's standing in the entertainment world. In this chapter, the people who witness kyoko's audition will spread things about her which will help her in the process. Focusing on the minor characters are essential for this type of manga where it really takes time explaining what's happening to the character outside the normal way we see her. Well that's the way i see it. Though sometimes i felt i want to see more of kyoko but then again the mangaka used a lot of foreshadowing in the storyline so the long dialogues are essential.
I agree as well if you got back like ten or even five chapters and read. You can see how everything adds together and the parts that seem like fillers are not, but important to progress the story and newer chapters. Yes not much action seems to be happening, but the truth is in the manga she has only been an actress for a year to make the story more realistic it will take awhile for too much major development to happen. Because if it happens to fast then it would not make sense of Kyoko to find herself in just a over a year in show business if she has had about 14 to 15 years of damage from others.(≧∀≦) ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
Hey,, I read one comment that pairing Fei Long with Mikhail..
Personally I dislike it, i don't think they had that "click" feeling together ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍
But i'd rather shipping Sudou x Arbatov and Mikhail x Yuri(they made hardcore S&M couple)ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Or both pairing collide and become hardcore threesome Yuri x Mikhail x Sudou!!!

The guy behind Mikhail obviously Yuri, and when he fall from the stern Yuri fall to the sea
I'm good with that ... I just read this (Zombie love) http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/bl_of_the_dead/sa/sa-v1c001/ so ... ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
But, I am not a fan of icebergs ... "Iceberg, dead ahead"
Uncle does not need to be related to blood, and here in manga it is only a matter of age.
I also looked at the original manga, the author in the "Uncle" on the word with parentheses, the word is not representative of the relationship between Mikhail and Yuri, it means that Mikhail hiding behind the body of Aki, called Yuri "uncle"
Just a lot of people mistakenly think it represents the blood relationship between Mikhail and Yuri.
Yuri did fall into the sea but didn't die.
Asami didn't kill him. He just fell into the sea after injury.
Just like Aki's injury was not a direct shot by Yuri, Yuri shooting target is the book in the hands of Aki, the bullet left the book and grazed the shoulders of Aki.
You can take a closer look.
And Yuri also appeared in the later manga, still follow in the side of Mikhail.
The translator note said, specifically, that the kanji used meant blood related uncle, but, hey, maybe that meant that Yuri is Akihitos uncle ... NOT. If the man was not blood related, the 'uncle' would be written in hirigana ... look again http://www.mangago.zone/home/photo/1473571/
I have confirmed that the Japanese version, it is true use of the blood relationship of the word, I remember the wrong, but the word 'uncle' is in quotes, generally speaking, this represents a special significance. I also think that their relationship is not superficial so simple, I feel Mikhail to Yuri life and death is not very concerned.
See, what confuses me is that when criminal organizations such as the mafia, yakuza or whatever groups are in finder talk of being "family", do they use the word for aunt and uncle (elders in the organization) that they would for a relative?
Obviously when it comes to someone like Fei, he is a son and brother in the family sense even though he was adopted, and his brother and father would use the same words as for a blood relative because the relationship is legally and emotionally the same--but when people in general in a syndicate talk of an "uncle" who is just a local boss or something, do they use the same word?
Oh :L
Not really, that's just a verbal tic that I somehow use in English too apparently ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄. I don't use it to mean anything but to punctuate a sentence, we even shorten it as "t'sais/tsé" instead of "tu sais". French Canadian thing.
Anyway, French and English are so similar in so many ways it's hard not to translate those kind of tics without noticing it isn't as appropriate ( ̄∇ ̄")
Hmmm... in Danish we have a way to distinguish between parents siblings and those who marry in ... Mothers' brother is Morbror, Mothers' sister is Moster, Fathers' sister is Fester, Fathers' brother is Farbror, and aunts/uncles that marry in are Tante (aunt) and Onkle (uncle). They even distinguish between Fathers' parents and Mothers' parents, so, I assumed that it might be similar in Japanese. ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Well they do, but only when they write it (though not distinguishing mother's and father's). Probably one of those things that are due to Japanese having a limited number syllables, so they have an extremely large number of homophones (that's why kanjis stay so useful and weren't dropped for full hiragana use).
Like, English has roughly 15,000 possible syllables versus roughly 4,000 in Japanese
Yeah, I had read they distinguish older or younger because age and birth order were traditionally important--so an older brother is different than a younger one, and your fathers older brother is different than his younger brother, even though both may be older than you. I also read that they have different words for "my___"(family) and "your____" (family, which kind of makes sense). But I couldn't find anything on using kanji for your family as opposed to that thing they do where everybody is your brother or something.
Indeed, I could not myself find anything of the sort either, even though it sounded possible so I let it the benefit of doubt. I've just seen a video of a Japanese guy calling out a random person "oneesan" and the subtitles used the kanji...
If you ask me it's not that probable he's actually his uncle ^^"
