I have kept reading this story, waiting for it to be interesting, up until chapter 14 -- I now give up. The MC is a doormat, the seme is the stereotypical toxic arsehole. The characters lack all personality, there is no humor, drama, or tension in the plot, and the characters are fairly bland looking. That last bit about the characters looking bland, I would forgive if the plot was interesting or the characters had … well, character... but there isn't even any eye candy to keep me reading.
