The second life ranker is pretty good the main character isn’t interested in anyone but someone does have a crush on him.
The omniscient reader’s viewpoint also doesn’t seem to have any romance but only a few manga chapters are released so you would have to read the light novel.
Another good one is descent of the demonic cultivator. The character momentarily seemed to realise he had a crush but thought it was too late as he already rejected her so he let it go.
