No. My thoughts is that he wont be a late blooming omega, but did you know in the omegaverse you can convert from a beta into an alpha or omega with enough exposure. Its actually a thing, but I heard it was a tedious process and it depends on the omegaverse the author is using. Its very likely that Heeso might convert into an omega, because you know Betas are suppose to be with Betas and not Alphas or Betas cause it wouldnt work out. I believe it is even happening because A beta isn't suppose to be able to calm down an Alpha in rut.(づ￣ ³￣)づ
