First up please know that this is very concerning behaviour and it's important to distance yourself as much as you can. Behaviour like this often starts small leading you to doubt your own perception of the situation and gaslight yourself into thinking it's okay. It's funny, i asked the same question some time back and the answer i was given was keep practicing carry a sketchbook with you and draw every day(without fail if possible) anything that catches your eye preferably using a fountain pen, a dip pen in ink is even better. That trains you to learn to pick out the most important parts of an image first ......   1 reply
