Does anyone else feel that Hai could be a vampire hunter?

I would highly likely be wrong but I decided to express my theory on Hai.

•He is a Vampire Hunter (or something similar) and in no way, a full human. We know that he KNOWS about vampires and their existence.

•He uses dogs' blood for his work.

•Remember the white haired girl? The one Hai was supposedly in love with? We do know that she was from the line of pure blood (?) Vampires. So, I think that he approached her with a purpose in mind and not for love (because he already knew that she was in love with him)

Also, I think the dog's the same dog and not a new one. It probably has something to do with Hai not being a normal human. Perhaps, he knows how to heal any sort of wound.
