I think they're older than that but their age gap is around 5/6 years.
He was 12/13 when she entered the story and she was a 17 ish yr old woman. He grew to be 18 before they had that whole 'I'm a maid and you a nobel' problem. Then she stood in the house in the south as a maid for 3 more years. So she's at least 25 making him about 20/21
They stated the age gap is 4 years. Also, he stated that he would go and get her once he became an adult, meaning he would do so once he became 18/19.
