I don't think he committed suicide, i interpreted as to he decided to sleep with Hosik so he could embrace him for the last time and he said 'I love you' to Hosik as he fell asleep. Hosik said 'I love you too, Young Master' and it's his dream. If he were to commit suicide we would see the scene of Hosik or the Young Master approaching one another
