I've had experiences where the girl's 17 and the dude's 20 and it could be the first or second relationship they ever been in. Its just not healthy regardless. But that's atleast when they pass 16,think if they were below that. A 10 and 20 year old.....minor has no idea what to do or expect in the relationship other than his most basic understanding of love while a 20 year old just takes advantage of it.
