Ok so this manga is a clusterfuck. First of all the uke is being what I assumed was raped by his older brother. Then the seme falls in love with the uke. Then the uke hides a knife and plans to kill his brother. Seme saves him but doesn’t do anything but try to scare the older brother??? Like I would have beat his ass into oblivion. Rape is a crime wtf. Then apparently the uke maybe had actually loved the brother at some point??? Wtf then why was he going to stab him??? (Also incest (⊙…⊙ ) ) Then the seme goes to talk to the older brother to check to make sure he isn’t bothering the uke anymore. Which is dumb since he didn’t do anything to the brother except kiss him and threaten to rape him??? Like wtf. And the uke sees this secret meeting and misunderstandings??? And he confronts? The seme but not really and then with a bigger misunderstanding still happening they end up fucking?????? And some chapters are in french??? I don’t even know what else to say. I gave it a low rating because the story is wack.
Ok this is just a hypothesis but what if they Emeterio a dream together lol so like they are just having sex in a dream with each other thinking it’s only a dream but they both are actually real and themselves. Hmmm... I think it might be like that because the seme was real nervous and cute like he would probably be in real life and they both acted nervous and like they would in real life so that’s my guess for now
Ok... I’m a be honest. The first time I read this i felt weird and didn’t really like chase and Joel being together. It felt icky because Joel was a bad father and it just didn’t feel right. But after a second read, I think I understand better the dynamic and it feels perfect the way it is. Joel tried to understand his feelings and stopped seeing chase as a child (which he isn’t since he was 19) and finally seeing him romantically. And it didn’t feel gross since the author took the time to sort out their feelings. And I think the family dynamic they have going on at the end works really well for them. This gets 10/10 stars from me and is definitely one of my favorite BLs to read since it’s funny and the couples all are respectful and there is CONSENT!!!! I’m happy and don’t see anything wrong with Joel and Chase’s relationship in the end.
this is exactly how i felt. i’m pretty opened minded so i wasn’t bothered by the age since it’s not THAT bad, but i’m glad that they waited til he turned 20.
You know this story feels similar to another one I read. Even when I first started reading this one I thought it was this other one lol. The other one has a guy who works in an office and then a newbie shows up and he is way taller than him and he becomes interested in him. But I think the difference was that in the other one he was interested in his size cause he wanted to know if his d**k was big too lol
