As many readers have said it already I don't see love from the seme. But in this relationship it's okay. He has affection towards uke and cares for him. Uke loves him wholeheartedly and i think it's okay. As long as person deserves your love it's okay to love them unconditionally
Yeah he feels something slowly, just from the fact some physical sensations are coming back as well as fear or lust.

I see people being happy for the child concept but i really don’t want it to turned out that way. They need to explore each other first before jumping to parenthood and responsibilities. The couple is so cute and lovely it makes me want to read it over and over.
