This IS female empowerment. This passes the bechdel test. I love this so much and its crazy to me that the main story spans over 1 week and a half. Beautiful story of overcome social expectations and narratives put unto oneself. I LOVED this so much!!! Rosen is one of the best female leads I have seen in a long time. I love that she doesn't wallow in self pity and always moves forward no matter what.
