Everyone reading this manga...I recommend the light novel. It has more detail to explain the situation and progresses faster.Also the plot is already different and the MC seems more Independent in the LN which I personally think makes an better expression of his character. The manga skipped a lot of important stuff and skills.The LN makes it more awesome and game-like with the skills. You can read it here:
