I am trying to remember the manhwa name but can't seem to make it at all （/TДT)/
I remember it was omegaverse where omega ran away in the later part of the story. There seemed to be a condition where if alpha and omega are separated, alpha had to suffer heartache and insomnia or something. I remember when we came to pick up his omega he could barely walk.
