@michaelis I hope it's Nemu who let him (Maya) go instead of the other way around if a break up were to happen.
From the last line, i predict Maya and Ruka is going to have like some sort of physical contact(kiss or get push down). Ofc I would count that as cheating if Maya were to end up doing anything physical with Ruka (even if against his will) and hide it from Nemu. Nemu would find out from Ruka or find out some ways. Leading them to a break up situation.

In the end, she didnt end up with Sihyun ( her first husband). He still love her very much tho. He kept his promise to her. He will die a virgin he never had sex with his wife. He did have a child tho, but it was through a different method. He still watches her in the shadow, but never appear in front of her again. She ended up Kanjae ( the blonde long hair guy). She ended up with two kids? I can't remember exactly, but she did have children. She still listen for news of Sihyun as she wishes for his success and happiness. She never forgot Sihyun, but she love her husband too. The ending was basically just her and her husband attending an event ( a wedding?i think) where Sihyun was invited too, but Sihyun was only watching her in a distance not appearing before her.
