...that Kim's (or as I like to call him: wiggly brows) final words to Seungho (in c. 53) don't provoke him into lashing out at NK. Seungho is back to his caged beast persona after recognizing he cares for NK and he is back to being very volatile.
My biggest complaint this season is that the author is making the chapters so short. They are not satisfying. I am sure this is done for two reasons: to build up to what we think is coming and to decrease the stress they may have gone thru last season in meeting deadlines.
However, as a reader this is very frustrating. You want more, but after weeks of being hungry and being teased with a great meal, you end up getting tired and going to McDonalds
Pheeeewww...I made it thru these chapters...still can't do it with Yellow Dragon but I made it thru this...good
I agree with Dannybgr8. It is worth the pain. Throughout the story is very, very sweet. Yellow Dragon is one of the loveliest Semes in Yaoi.
Their love is beautiful and very, very sexy and there is a happy ending. It is just abrupt after the last arc is so stressful.
So in my case, I felt there wasn't a payoff for me as a reader. It isn't that it is a bad ending, just in my case (again) it didn't feel satisfying. I could re-read everything up until just before the end. But to me, this story needed an epilogue or an additional chapter, that's all.
Please do. Tale of Yellow Dragon is very beautiful both for the story and art style. I think I am a bit bitter because I just wanted a bit more from it at the end. You'll see what I mean. It isn't torture and it can get a little stressful but it is worth it.
The author or group that does these stories tell very engaging stories but have a bit of a thing for leaving some things up in the air. Yellow Dragon is the most satisfying so far (for stories that have concluded) but for me it needed just a little more.
P.S. I like Harada but yeah, weird.
Well damn! They ain't brothers. Good thing, though, because this just can't get THAT twisted.
It's not a biggie. Before these chapters were translated, someone fan translated these and said that in the convo between Sohwa's dad and White haired guy they said the dark haired boy that shanked Sohwa was Sowha's father's son. It was a mis-translation and I went with it and thought Miha and Black haired boy were switched and that Miha was actually white haired guy's son. Just a fan theory I put out there based on that. So I figure I should acknowledge I was mistaken.
It wasn’t a mistranslation. A misinterpretation, My friend didn’t translate the line after or it came out differently. She has not had time to translate anything else since then.
He looks at the picture says my son and slams the picture. Just a misinterpretation, not a mistranslation.
I said I believe it is said. Not that is was said
“However Chungha does and I do believe it is said he is The son of Sohwa’s father in chapter 28.“.
I can see how it happened and I didn't mean it as an accusation. The Spanish translation I read goes to a totally different place which makes me question which is closer to what the author wrote: the English or the Spanish translation. Jeon even points out in the Spanish version that White haired guy is taking medicine for some illness (or maybe opiates) on top of the illegal drugs he is taking. That translation hinted that the white haired guy had some sort of illness, since they were so focused on death in that conversation. I have noticed big differences in other stories as well (again from the Spanish to English translations - not sure if it is the translators' interpretation or liberties)
Also, I had another person helping me in another thread understand why they were sure that thought bubbles belong to a specific character and they pointed out the formality of speech which even Lezhin didn't manage to convey. This language has a lot of nuance and structure in speech that has to be difficult to translate if you are not very familiar with the two languages you are using.
But again, I just passed this as info since my theory of the sons being switched or Miha not being Jeon's son (I can still dream, damn it!) went to hell, not as recrimination to someone taking the time to translate this. After all she was 100% correct, he was talking about his son.

First of all there is nothing we can do if people keep recklessly posting these chapters. At its most innocent, they are just excited and at its most devious, they are trying to sabotage access...Either way, venting the spleen helps relieve anger but people are going to people....
I have a few thoughts on this chapter...just speculation, since this is the first chapter that actually feels like it will move the story forward...a lot of set up with little tidbits before this, but we have finally arrived.
I think it is clear that NK is exposed now, so ready your hearts. SH is not at his best either emotionally or health-wise. He is also not easy to find as his manservant believes him to have gone to meet Mr. Song and unless SH remains at that meeting place and Jihwa doesn't move him from there he won't be easily found.
I think Jihwa's instability may be the only way that SH figures out what is about to go down and the assassin's discomfort at a change of plans with an added party (whose motivations are reckless as well) may also play into issues in achieving the kidnapping and eventual murder of NK.
Jihwa's guilty conscience may come into play. That boy's constitution is quite frail.
More than NK, I am greatly concerned for Seungho's manservant's life. This character has been doing the best he can towards NK, despite the obvious loyalty he feels for Seungho. Once he mentioned going out to take NK to the doctor I got worried and now with a sick SH roaming around there is a bigger chance of exposure.
This doesn't mean that NK is not in danger. It is even worse now because Min is such a coward. He exploited Jihwa's frailty and weakness and set him against NK, an innocent. And he is such scum that he still won't attack SH directly but tried to manipulate him into sharing (aka gang raping) NK, all while recognizing that SH loved him but was unaware thereby trying to wreck anything that could be salvaged between them. And now, he wishes to defile him in SH's eyes, probably torture him, so he could relish his villainy and declare himself in front on SH as the mastermind behind NK's torture and death.
I would be very disappointed if the man who just a chapter ago thought out loud about killing everyone around him and himself to avoid the torture of being in love again was to go lightly on the trash that tried to torment and destroy the person he loves. I want blood. Rivers of them.
Great analysis. And I agree. It’s time for blood to spill. And not NK or SH.
