makes sense how she feels of meeting people she killed in her past life. youd probably feel horrible especially knowing they dont know. she isnt scared of what would happen but the mental pressure is bad. its almost like doing anything bad to an innocent person but holding that guilt for it and seeing them again after that as they smile unknowingly
tho i do have one complaint giryu shouldnt be giving her blank cheque like that. hes really getting his emotions ahead of himself. even if shes super strong or what not, discipline is still discipline. he could always help her in the future or raise her pay as she improves/shows her skills. giving her a blank cheque is unfair for her friend even tho hes well off and doesnt really need it. also blank cheque is excessive ;-;

yea true i wouldnt want her to trust him right away either but i just thought she was a bit too active about it? idk if im explaining myself well haha. like laying out possibilities of survival even if she ran away? hes strong so she cant beat him, hes probably fast as well so if he was really after her ass he'd probably catch up, and he has powers to get rid of those scary ass zombies. if she was really panicked or not trusting him, would she have clung onto him in the first place? i just find it odd that way
