The Uke had dreams about the world ending, even though the seme didn't believe him. But the Uke claimed it to be true, that he saw the view of the balcony in his dreams, and said he'd want to die together with his love, looking from the balcony onto the city.
So in the end they stand on the balcony and the world really does end and they may or may not have died together like the Uke saw in his dreams.
To me it's unclear If they actually died, but it's beautifully either way.

So did the city really blow up? cause i read the panel again and again but to me it seems like a sunset color picture...Though i doubt that the last page half of the city is not drawn indicating its being wiped out....But i am really not sure...Please someone tell me ╥﹏╥
