Are you implying that the high end noumu is muscular? If that's what you're thinking I'm going to have to say that it's extremely unlikely, muscular is most defenetly not a noumu, he has a history of his own and there hasn't been anything that implied that he had contact with AFO before being recruited by the league. But you're not wrong when you say that he made an apperance in the anime and manga at the end of season 4 we get to see a high end noumu named 'hood' that endeavour and hawks fight, and he looks quite familiar..
