Can u explain to me why the blood relation part makes it a no?

Besides genetic reasons, ethics has a lot to do with it. Imagine if love between siblings or relatives or parents to children were normalized: chaos.

But well if ur okay with that then okay, ur preferences. For me its at the same level of hate i give to pedophilia and netorare so its a no for me.

I personally think people can do whatever as long as they happy and consenting. I can’t see how a parent child situation would be consensual so that’s a no for me.

Incest is really just morally wrong. Imagine a society where it condones sexual intercourse between siblings, imagine doing it with your siblings, imagine doing it with your parents.. it’s really just a no-no because there are just some boundaries that cannot be crossed. Not to mention, Eros relationships between parent-children is just Stockholm syndrome on another level. Idk if I gave you enough reason NOT TO THINK INCEST IS OKAY bc it really incest.. there is a reason why it is looked down upon, genetic issue aside. Even if society condones incest, the world is not going to start having sex with their family , there’s something called westermarck effect. Also Never said I feel 100% comfortable with incest either .-. (Since we were raised with anti incest messaging but I’d like to be more openminded) U say the reason is cuz of morals therefore it’s a no no. But morals are culturally relative. Gay couples were super immoral before and now we starting to be more accepting because society changed. Gay couples were looked down upon and now it’s different. Some cultures fine with polygamy and some not. It’s all relative to how you’re raised. Anyway I was asking the original poster, they said If the brothers in the manga are not blood related then its fine, but if they a little bit related then no? I was just thinking I’d be fine with this couple either way. Half bro or step bros. They seem similar aged, idk if they grew up separately but I’m interested in reading more about them. The power dynamic between them not even as unbalanced as the main couple.

Personally I don't give a sh*t about incest as long as they don't bring kids into this. It's no business of mine who other people f*ck and it just feels gross to me but I feel like at some point we thought that about the lgbtq+ too but now it's widely accepted. I personally can't imagine it and if somebody I'm close to or in my family would do it I would seriously doubt it's even an actual relationship at any cost, and at the very least try to convince them not to, but imo as long as nobody else is actually hurt by it why tf is it my job to care?

I understand that if they related by blood it’s labeled incest, but what does that change? What is it about the blood that makes the half brother’s relationship 100% unacceptable now vs if they were step brothers (then it’s okay?)
