Lombardi simply did not give a shit and JJ barely communicated, not saying Lombardi is justified, but come on it's pretty obvious that JJ didn't do much, this nagging was barely anything for a spoiled brat like Lombardi, if he really wanted to teach him a lesson, he should've left him for good.
Leo is a spoiled brat and was shown that his actions have consequences. Leo did not listen, nothing J.J said reached him. J.J leaving Leo did reach him though and forced Leo to really start thinking back on how he treated J.J. It allowed Leo to come to some very important conclusions on his own which he should be able to do as an adult with a working brain. He’s not a baby that needs to be spoon fed information on basic human decency. Moreover, a person shouldn’t have to beg their S.O to treat them like a person with feelings and their own thoughts, it’s BARE MINIMUM treatment. Behavior that should come semi-naturally if you have an ounce of care for that person in you.
