I don’t think he actually remembers but you have to remember, what you’re reading. Rape rarely gets addressed and if it does majority of the time it’s not taken seriously or just treated as sex. Sometimes the characters even look back at it as a fond memory. I’ve read very few stories where it was acknowledged and/or treated as a bad thing

I like the story very much and also the characters but before seeing the comments I didn’t read the author’s note and now I wish I never read it, it just feels so disgusting how the author wrote about the sa, especially since its so realistically depicted…
honestly the manga was totally fine as long as tsubaki was the only one with feelings but now its getting kinda weird. I do think people overreact, nothing bad happened in the story so far, but I do agree that some of the commenters are definitely pedos
Yeah I know I'm a hypocrite for continuing to read and look forward to updates bc it is still just fiction and it's fluffy with the older not at all intending to do anything with a kid, but I can't associate myself with the commenters at all LOL
