I’m dropping this. I liked the story at first but the second ML is pissing me off too damn much. He’s so fucking annoying and controlling. If she’s to end up w anybody I’d say Ainz or shit even Melly or even Serena and turn it into enemies to lovers. I’m so disappointed cuz I did like it at first but it’s just so boring and Calix is so annoying and just does what he wants w/o any considerations of the ML or anybody else and writes it off as cuz he likes her. If anything I think Calix and the ex husband are the same character but w different masks and hair colors. You can easily switch the two and have little to no changes in the story. I was on chapter 33 or something and the way Calix literally had guards follow her and tried to hijack her outing w Ainz out of jealousy and to “make sure she’s with no other man/her safety” is fucking disgusting. I also hate how we never see her resolve a problem by herself fully past the first like 5 chapters. Everything else after/so far is only successful because she has the help of the ML, not to say it’s wrong for her to get their help or whatever but idk it just feels like we don’t get to see her help herself anymore and the harm she faces doesn’t feel as serious because it’s a given the ML will always be there to help her simply because she’s the FL, she’s “different” (
