bruh i am literally trans (the other way tho). There's different degrees of dysphoria, for a lot of people it may be unbearable but for some people it doesn't and they're okay with it/prefer using their genitals.

i'm sure it all comes down to preference :) in the end a trans woman can still prefer women and be comfortable in their body (which then would label them as a lesbian), just as a trans man who hasn't transitioned fully can be comfortable with still having female genitals but would be labelled as a man if they choose to do so.
