I think it's because he's low-key emotionally manipulating our poor boy. He is aware of dojun's insecurities about being an alpha yet makes comments about it during sex, and continues on when dojun becomes visibly upset during sex as a result of his comment. If you have an alternate analysis of the scene you can tell me about it though.
