I have a feeling that the guy with blonde like hair in the beginning of the chapter is a friend of the seme who secretly likes him and then the guy in the wheelchair used to be one of the people the seme could've been interested in or the guy in the wheelchair was also interested in the seme and the "friend" hurt him because he's a crazy sangwoah and yeah. Now he's prolly plotting to hurt our cute uke because he now knows that the seme has hired a cute employee which could become one of rivals and targets.
