I'm trying to find this omegaverse, but can't recall the name. Here is what I remember of the plot: Omega(mc) is part of a famous omega family who treat him badly. He gets married off to an prestigious alpha, buuuut omega is "defective" because he doesn't get heats, buuuuuut it works out because the alpha didn't actually want an omega bride. At first they just come to an agreement, but omega and alpha eventually actually start liking each other. However for reasons the omega's slutty twin sister (who is the golden child) gets jealous and tries to break them up.
