the way felines dont even knot lmaoooo
its only canid mammals

ABO is indeed based on (an archaic idea of) wolves, but sometimes these tropes are used in combination.
Since all feline females will go into heats, but males won't experience ANY type of breeding season (incl. Ruts), it wouldn't make sense for one of them to experience heat and the other experience rut *unless* there's an ABO component to it.
Ruts are not seen in candids either, which should be made clear; only horned and tusked animals (e.g. deer and elephants) + some other animals, such as skunks, experience RUTS, specifically. However, ABO will, per-trope, feature both ruts (alphas) and heats (omega) – I've seen it be combined with the hybrid trope tonnes of times.

why are ppl mad at her for breaking up w him theyve been dating for 3 years already thats more than enough and theyre still young its okay to want to try other things instead of being invested in a long term relatioship
plus theyre still friends its not like she cut him off and its not like he expressed any objections to breaking up
ALSO the art is so similar to define the relationship
can this author make a non controversial manga for once
I mean, it's not too bad. Kid's at the age of consent and plenty of couples with a 4yr age gap. Plus, so far seme has been pretty non-predatory (more like prey).
this isn’t even controversial, you’re just making up an issue to be annoyed by, what a tiring way to live…
so dating a senior in college when youre still in high school is normal?
idc ab the bahviour of the seme and the fact that hes portrayed as a prey that doesnt make it any weirder. its like those teacher x student where the teacher is the bottom so that somehow makes it okay
but yes overall its not too bad, still controversial tho? its okay to make a manga with no blurrd lines thats not morally questiolnable since age gaps do matter when youre that young, you change so much each year and a high schooler and a senior is still weird. def
not the worst thing ive seen on here
I definitely agree that they are still just kids and that the difference a year makes (17 to 18) isn't a huge leap in terms of cognitive ability and emotional control. BUT I will give the author plus points because this work is definitely a positive step forward compared to the prequel. So in a way, it's going in the general direction you want (becoming less problematic) and I'd consider it part of the author's character development. Maybe their third work's the charm?
yeah it’s not super unusual honestly. It’s only a 4 year gap anyways
Plus it’s fiction, people should be allowed to explore and write about what they want. This is the mangaka's imagination put on paper, I think it’s a bad habit to shame people just because you find it icky.
There’s lots of high schooler x high schooler or college student x college student BL out there, just read those instead of complaining about the few high schooler x college student BL there is. Let the mangaka cook her meals in peace!!
theyre making u seem crazy when u are so right! i gradutaed university at 22 omg there was no freaking way would I or any of my friends would date someone in highschool. i think the 4 year age gap is normal in adults or people in the same institutions (both high schoolers, both college students) so I am hoping there is at least a time skip before they do anything freaky
i'm 21 and 18 year olds literally look like children to me, and people in their late 20s have said i'm too young for them i think people, ESPIALLY the younger people, underestimate how big even small age gaps are maturity-wise around this specific period
The translator replied to a comment which said Kanta actually JUST started uni. He's not a senior. Still weird though I agree
