do you mean Itsuki? nooo, he didn’t. Minato just got jealous because he saw them holding hands + Tama was flirting with Itsuki. Itsuki went to that event because he knew Minato (or Sou-chan) would come but Minato thought he went there to have fun and flirt with other guys.
