I'd argue it's the opposite....taki despite his looks is more dominant and more initiative. As you can see from the chapters before. And also from shingo himself assuming he'd be the bottom. And sexual position preference has nothing to do with looks. Taki just prefers being the bottom. Im sure if this was any other manga he'd be the seme seeing how he's shown as being so bold, pushing the seme down and what not
And shingo doesn't seem opposed to the idea of bottoming either. Switches exist. They likely won't switch though but that in itself is huge. Most mangas have very fixed ideas on who the seme and uke should be. I'd argue you're doing the same. Bringing this down to "tough looking Yankee" bottoming. That trope isn't uncommon anymore. And Taki doesn't have soft features at all. Shingo has softer and rounder features. It's just that he dresses and carries himself a certain way. The things i hate:
1. Why should its start by killing mc family? Thats just too much. Author shouldn't make him married if they die in the end. I hate this kind of back story.
2. Why should the good looking man be his enemies? All good looking man should be friends! Thats makes me feel bad when they die! And its not funny mc on side with the oldman. They should switch side! Why bother drawing hot looking guy if they will end up die?
Look 'killer peter' all the good looking ones are friends, and mc even thou he is old (in his real age) he on side with the younger one. Thats how you draw hotties!
3. Once again its boring when its all started because mc family being killed by those stupid oldman. Like.. can u make a more interesting plot without making mc miserable? I hate author that torture his own character!
