I'm looking for a BL manga about a boss/superior who is totally put together at work but secretly very lazy at home. Like messy house, instant food, the whole shebang. His younger subordinate falls for him, and tries his best to seduce him.
The cover (I think) is a POV shot of the boss opening the door to his apartment.
Ive gone through so many pages of tags, I've looked through so many lists I literally can't find this manga. Please help!!!

I really don't know how to explain the plot for this one. This boy enters a highschool where there's some kind of top and bottom caste system. Right after entering he ranks as no 1 bottom (I'm cringing typing this, I'm so sorry) and the school's no 1 top becomes his partner for "studies." Though? They are real studies? Like the school wants them to get freaky, their academics depend on it or something.
Does anyone else just fucking hate Ilay. I feel like if something drastic happened to reform him I could begin to like him again. He was pretty likeable and interesting when he was charismatic in the story's initial arc. Reminded me of Hannibal Lecter.
I think the writing's lost it's aim a little. Last couple of seasons shit went by pretty fast. I wont lie i was hoping for a time skip at least. I really wanted the cat and mouse chase to last longer, even if we couldn't literally read it all.
I also definitely imagined tay and ilay's relationship being a little different. Perhaps a bit more EQUAL, i dont know. I hate reading a story with an incredibly smart and strong character who becomes a victim because it suits the narrative.
Stories tend to lose interest when relations according to power are firmly established. If tay had more leverage than he does now it'd be very satisfying and a lot more exciting. But right now I feel like im reading a story that started off great but started to loose bits and pieces of itself as they broke off into shrapnel.
...I know tay "can't" hate people. But love and hatred can absolutely coexist. There is a fine line separating the two feelings. He's been totally stripped of his freedom, ilay doesn't treat him like a person and has no intention to do so, and he's crippled. Though he LIKES ilay, I believe at least some fury, resentment, tired and weary hatred would be appropriate. Its so touch and go. Does he hate ilay? Does he want to hurt him?
And at this point in the story it feels as if there's nothing charming or redeeming left about ilay's character. His worst qualities seem INFALLIBLE. Especially how he self serves. It would be SO NICE to see him receptive to tay's kindness. Behave like a person. Speak once or twice, with or without an agenda, in a way that isnt deranged or conceited.
These are all complaints to take up with the novel I suppose. This is only an adaptation. But when I express myself I hope someone can relate to at least one of my points. I feel too old to be on here.
Thank you bro bc I feel like ppl aren't looking into the story anymore and is just focusing on ilay and how he's drawn which gets really irradiating bc they excuse ilay actions bc he's hot or pretty.
HES SO ANNOYING!!! Literally the only redeeming things about him (charisma, humor, intrigue) havent been shown in the last few story arcs. He's just an animal atp.
Real Shit, their dynamic feels very bland now imo. I feel like It’s lost its hype after the chase chapters ended, and we’re just going on a very slow roller coaster with some rising actions, and very mild climax’s. The writing definitely lost its aim
There's no push and pull action anymore. Glad you could agree
YOU’RE SO REAL FOR THIS !! i’ve never rlly thought abt it before but comparing his initial char to hannibal is so accurate ! i heavily agree w everything you’ve said here
VERY MUCH MADS' DR LECTER. The way he talked and all of the allegorical nonsense. It was awesome. I wonder where it went
