Hari doesn't actually resemble their biological in terms of appearance actually. It wasn't cleared up in the manhwa, but in the novel it was mentioned that the only resemblance Hari has with Ariana is her hair color. They only kind of looked similar when they were kids because they were both very thin and sickly looking (Ariana due to her illness and Hari due to poverty) and after she started to gain her health back, there wasn't much of a resemblance.
