and yes i know they have to make money but there are alot of more mangas on here that where the artists/authors need to make money as well. so its just not only the blind play author. theres literally big ass attack on titan manga here, one of the best ones ever (i dont wanna talk about the last chapter tho) i havent heard isayama going nuts over this site and he is just.. creating magic
Actually curious because I legitimately don’t get it, but how is the author supposed to act towards people who are stealing and (in mangago’s case) profiting off their work? Especially in regards to this title being illegally distributed in a language that is officially licensed, I don’t see where there is a leg to stand on. Trying to deal with copyright law internationally seems like such a headache in the first place, and this + the levels of “success” that different authors have, I don’t think comparing how different authors react to illegal distribution is fair. From the authors posts, that so many people would rather steal and read stolen chapters of their’s over paying like $5 for 10 chapters has made them lose motivation and sometimes suicidal. I have seen one person say that the author doxxed some people, which, though I haven’t seen it, is super bad. N e way, genuinely don’t see how people are saying that the author has a “bad attitude” beyond that like they’re supposed to ?? “oh thank you so much for enjoying but not paying for my work!! could you pwease pay for it next time? No? Well.... I guess it’s ok haha”???

it's a straight up machine translation they didn't even bother to correct the weird phrasing caused by the tl app.
Also, they're trolling. The original uploader before chapter 25 was still trying to translate these chapters but this troll group came and are repeatedly ignoring the original uploader and just uploading their mess.
i mean this is a site where everyone can upload. the thing i wanted to say is you still read it for free so it doesnt matter if the translation is the best or worst or someone uploading it for the jokes and giggles. it's still free no matter what and thats enough to be grateful for.
