I find it interesting if there's a love story regarding human & robot with a plot twist of the human was a robot all along, but it was so human enough for it to be mistaken as one and long past since there are real human existence or long past since there's information regarding the existence of robot with emotions that's so close to human was successfully made. I would be interested to read if there's one.

I'm not sure if there's a deeper meaning that I may have missed, but basically, those dogs gathered around and decided to all take a dump around the dress, and as a result, Kei couldn't go anywhere and marry into money as planned. Probably, "cruel fate of the universe and irony," type humor.
