i feel weird for hating haru at first and then for her to just end up being one of my favourite characters alongside louis and pina
wait the ive members are all roughly 20-22 (except leeseo)… the author is so young
that was satisfying asffffff yes tell her off and now i’m looking forward to watching ellen tell her off too, even better IZEK joins in and tells her off as well
dude justice for mina like damn ik she dug herself into that hole but she really tried her hardest for someone who was stringing her along for the longest time…
you know i have my grips about this story, but some parts are very compelling to me. i like how jaekyung’s ritual is all about wiping out parts of his childhood, but we all know that pushing your trauma further and further away will cause the dam to collapse. the cologne callback was especially interesting to see as we always saw him spritz some on the morning of his match (the glass of milk i didn’t remember…) and i think the back story was very needed.
what gets me though is that, yes i feel bad for him, yes he grew up with an absent mother and an abusive criminal father, but he had people who cared so much about him growing up. he had his coach, his coach’s mother, this high school teachers, his current gym coach and gym mates… literally everyone was there for him and putting their 120% into caring for and loving jaekyung. but i understand how familial trauma and mental turmoil can turn an asshole into a bigger asshole.
this whole manhwa could be over if everyone got better sleep huh
this is probably the first time i’ve rooted for the 2nd ml (idk if he actually is)
