Both of them were basically have the same plot and the same scenes ,except for the 18+ contents. Basically, this is an "unsencored" version and more "yaoi" than the shounen ai one, this is a mature version after all though
Let's talk about the art tho. I honestly didn't like the art style at first but as the story progressed, it became so goooood. Idk but the art style really changed in the process. I love it so much it's so beautiful
