I cried for Kawamura, when he asked Yoshitake to love him, with tears in his eyes. It's really heart-wrenching to realise your feelings for someone and the realise you realised them too late! He was carrying Yoshitake around in his heart for eight years! I'm so glad his love reached fruition, and that he's working his dream job. What can I say? I really like this character!
When someone gives you reason to believe you're a bother or an embarrassment, it really stays with you. Despite explanations & reassurances. Now apply that to a 5 year long unrequited love. Not cool, Marui. Not cool.

It's funny and you would probably think me so anal retentive for this, but I meant the differences in phrasing in some scenes. For instance in this scene, http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/mujihi_na_anata/mf/v01/c001/4/ , the other version goes "I'll have one of you. To go." "Just window shopping, I see"
And the English in this scene http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/mujihi_na_anata/mf/v01/c003/5/ definitely has more impact in the other version, in my humble opinion. There are so many instances so I won't list them all here. But, yeah, this is what I meant.
