I kinda hope the old guy makes it. He could be the grandpa of Zagan's adopted makeshift family.
Zagan is the dad. Nephie is the mom. Fol is the younger daughter. Chastel is the older daughter. Barbaros is the crazy uncle. And the old guy is the grandpa.

The lines "Can't you please just love me right now?" "Inside that boundary" "Let me" blew me away. How simple these lines seem, until you look into them with kanggo's perspective. To me it seemed like he had slowly and steadily up to this point in time fallen in love with kamin's presence. He could just walk away and go as kamin was emitting a scent of fear which he despised, but instead he screamed out "Can't you please just love me right now?" signifying how attached he had become to kamin's love and care towards him over time. And that's beautiful. Even when the scent of fear that he despised was there, all he wanted was kamin to love him again.
I love each and every bit of this and honestly words are merely a way of communication that cannot convey the beauty that this scene has blessed us with.

Ok but in all seriousness I absolutely LOVED that Jaehwan stopped when Dongho said he wanted to stop. Yaoi logic didn’t work here and I’m extremely surprised and happy. Finally someone in BL who knows what “stop” means.

But why, though?? Serious question! What is so wrong about being royal illegitimate children to the point of wanting to kill them?!? What is wrong with the nobles?!

I mentioned this before, but the reasons for their father ignoring them are based on the time period. When a royal has illegitimate children, their lives are already forfeit by societies standard in the social circles. In the actual world, they would be walking around with targets on their backs. They dont have guardians or manifestations to prove their "worth" in society's eyes.
If the king showed ANY kind of affection for them before (the names were already pushing it) then they could be used as a weakness and be considered a target as they dont have the abilities the rest of their family does.
