i don't know anything about fashion and designing and love this manga
but it'd be really interesting to know what people knowledgeable about that think about the designs they come up with, is it too easy ? does it reflect well what's going on in that industry ?
I work in the fashion industry, and the issues that they come across are accurate, but the designs that they come up are too easy

i mean, ok it might not be your ideal weight and what you want for yourself, but you shouldn't degrade yourself like that
and for people reading that manga, especially in japan where it feels like they're really harsh on that, i feel like it wouldn't be a good influence for them
they'd think that fat is just always ugly and something to be ashamed
The way I see it is that...I think the the reason why she keeps on demeaning herself so much is because she's criticising the character Britney not herself. But I do agree with you though. Cause she's extremely harsh to herself...The way she demeans herself is really sad.
She just got so used to being and getting called fat. Even though she's been working out, she's stuck in that fat mentality. Sometimes it takes a while for those (that were considered obese before) to even realize they're not overweight anymore. It's sadder to think how this wasn't her original body and how far this has affected her mentally. The way she's constantly down talks herself reminds me of what people with poor body image go through too.

if it was 'harmless' prank id be okay with it but he's being reaaal nasty
when he pranked her in the beginning with the snow, i don't remember what the prank was, but he left her there and didn't even tell his brother when he asked
and even after endangering her life, he doesn't realize what he did wrong and keeps hurting her and even pushing her down the stairs ??
i know he's a kid, but she shouldn't have to deal with it and he needs to grow up too

i feel like it's kind of shady how he just started it just as she was explaining to the lord why it might not be the best thing to do. and they sort of got over it by talking about how she would make a good wife (in the way she would support the country etc) which you would be, but it's not necessarily what she wants to do and they're just forcing it on her
I think it because they are desperate for a leader to help the country flourish. And if a strong ally like Greed was gone, there would be no one could help them protect the country. Idk

i mean, yeah the king is awful but if you have no plan apart from overthrowing him, you're not making it any better
