also since she partied alot so she met people and Im sure she sort of listened to alot of stories so she is not entirely unaware when she is older. she was just not motivated to do anything about it.
also as seen from previous chapters and chapter 17 aria was studying so her being knowledgable was not a sudden thing. She is hardworking in her new life. I think she has always been wise she was just not motivated in her past life. I think because the comics do not spend time on showing her studying so it seems sudden.
It's not that she was stupid in the past, it's just that she didn't try to learn anything. She's always had the smarts but it was always directed elsewhere cuz she didn't realize the value of knowledge until time turned back.

it said 'i'll sleep on the couch' instead of 'sleep on the couch'
i find those mistakes really cute, authors don't usually have characters from france and when they do, they're usually the stereotypical blonde dude with blue eyes which is actually not that usual in france
so it's interesting to have something different
tbh, she acts so much like a stalker or a 'sasaeng fan' it's scary
i know she's protecting him thanks to her powers, but he doesn't know it
from his point of view, it'd be so scary to have that kind of person following you, not picking up the hints that you leave telling them you don't want them to follow you
anyway, in this story they'll make it fine, it won't bother him, they'll end up together and she'll protect him
but irl it'd be pretty frightening
