If you can read Japanese, order it at Amazon.jp, Amazon.co.uk, etc. If you can't, you'll have to wait and see if SuBLime (they hold the rights) is going to release it in English. That decision will be made after the release of Volume 8 and the rerelease of Volume 1-7. Should they decide to release the novel in English, you can then order it from SuBLime.
